When will my order be ready?

Some items, such as chocolate bars, are pre made and can be shipped within 48hours. Other items such as brownie boxes are made to order for set days, to be delivered locally or shipped. Please read the product page fully, as this is where you will find any notes with delivery information.

Items shipped by Royal Mail are sent via 1st class at £4.50.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is processed with any relevant tracking number.

Local deliveries are set at £2. You will be sent a confirmation email once your order is made confirming delivery date and time slot. 

Local delivery is limited to DN31, DN32, DN33, DN34, DN35, DN36 and DN37.

Why are some items local delivery only?

Some products are not currently suitable to be sent via post. Therefore you may see a banner and note on some products stating 'local delivery only'. This is to ensure customers receive items in the best condition possible! However we are looking into suitable packaging to be able to ship some of our bakes wherever you are in the country! Currently only chocolate products are available to be shipped nationally. 

Please do not order items that state 'local delivery only' to be shipped nationally, as these will be refunded and your order cancelled.

What if there is a problem with my order?

If there is a mistake with your order, such as wrong email address, delivery address etc, please contact us as soon as possible via social media or email so we can help resolve the issue.

For damaged packaging, missing items and anything else relating to unsatisfactory delivery please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so that we can look into the issue. Deadly Bakes cannot be held responsible for orders reported outside of the 7 day window.

For enquiries involving dispatch times and deliveries please contact us via social media, email or contact form and we aim to be in touch within 48hrs.


Can I return or cancel my order?

Due to products being freshly made we do not accept returns. However if there is a problem with you order please contact us via social media or with details and a photograph of the issue. Please do not throw the item away as this may need to be returned for investigation. A decision at the discretion of staff will be made and you will be contacted in regards to a refund.

Due to products being freshly made once orders for local delivery and postal boxes are placed we do not accept cancellations. It may be possible to amend your order up to 48 hours before baking, but this will be at the discretion of staff. 

For occasion orders a deposit is required. Cancellations and amendments are accepted up to 1 week before the order date. A refund will be issued minus the deposit. Failure to cancel within this time frame will result in no refund given.

Orders that are placed and failed to be collected will not be refunded.

We are not responsible for any damages or items once they have left the bakery.

What if I have an allergy?

All products display a list of the main allergens on the product description page. Any pre packed products with be dispatched with a full ingredients list on the product. Loose products allergens will be listed only on the product page, please read carefully at the time of ordering. 

Our products are made in a kitchen where the following allergens are used: PEANUTS, MILK, EGG, SESAME, SOYA, NUTS, CEREALS CONTAINING GLUTEN, SULPHUR DIOXIDE.
